Welcome, everyone, to the Rat-Nest;
a fan club dedicated to all things Burmecian/Cleyran!



What is a Burmecian/Cleyran?
Burmecians/Cleyrans are a fantasy race of rat-like people from the video game Final Fantasy IX, the most famous of whom is Freya Crescent.


What’s the purpose of this club?
The Rat-Nest Club is meant to be a gathering for those who are fans of the Burmecians/Cleyrans. Here people can talk and discuss as well as display their Burmecian/Cleyran-themed art and stories.



The Favourites
The purpose of the Favourites gallery is to showcase art from people outside the club. Though the club itself may not be able to comment on all the fav'ed art, adding it into our Favourites gallery is our way of showing appreciation.


Want to Become a Member?
It’s easy! All you have to do is send us a note and within a short time (hopefully) you will get an acceptance note back and be added to the MEMBERS LIST.


How to Submit Art:
- Just send us the link/s (copy the link/s from the URL bar) to the piece/s you wish to submit, in a note. The note should be titled "art submission".
(Note: We reserve the right to refuse submissions of questionable/insincere nature. Thus, any attempts to ridicule this club via such means will be futile.)
+ Keep in mind that any art that you submit must be entirely yours, otherwise we will not accept it. This means that traced or otherwise copied artworks as well as manip's of other people's art will NOT be added to the club's gallery (dA might allow them, but we do not).


Contests!
Occasionally we will hold art and writing contests based on a specific theme. The prize? Pride and the admiration of your fellows, and…that’s it. We will see if we can find volunteers who can do something for the winners if possible.



A word from *hunterbahamut

Thought the club was dead, hm? Well, for a while, so did I. However, I did not forget about it and now I finally have a chance to get things back into motion. I want to apologise to everyone for the crazy delay, but hopefully things will be back to active status.

There will be a few changes, though - hopefully all for the better.
To name one, there's now a MEMBERS LIST; if you are a member but don’t see your name on it, then send a note to the club and it'll be dealt with shortly.

Other than that, we’re back in action.
